The top 10 most livable cities
ECA, an agency focusing on the development and provision of solutions
for the management and assignment of employees around the world,
recently launched a global livability index report.
According to the report, Chinese cities have risen in the ranking in recent years as factors including apartments, relocation services, recreation and healthcare have been improved. However, it also has been tempered by problems associated with factors ,such as air pollution and food safety problem.
